To complete your Entity Application, you'll need to provide specific documents that we use to assess your eligibility. These documents vary based on whether you're applying as an Institution or an Individual, and which type of Institution you are.
Note: Gathering these documents can be time consuming. We recommend starting this process early to ensure a smooth application.

A document describing your AML/OFAC policy (if applicable)
Details of individuals or entities who have 25% or more ownership (directly or indirectly)
For Individuals this includes their name, date of birth, SSN or TIN, email, physical address, and Passport or US Government-issued ID.
For Entities this includes the entity name, TIN, physical address, and formation documents.

Certificate of due formation and organization
Articles of Incorporation
Partnership
Certificate of Partnership or equivalent.
Certificate of Good Standing.
A current executed Limited Partnership Agreement or equivalent, identifying the General Partner and/or the persons authorized to sign the Investment Agreement.
S-Corp
Certificate of due formation and organization
Articles of Incorporation
List of officer signatures or signed, certified corporate resolutions identifying the corporate officer(s) authorized to sign the Subscription Documents
Trust
Trust Agreement or relevant portions thereof, including the grantor declarations page and signature pages, and any other portions showing appointment and authority of trustee(s)
